How can I get Quotation and MOQ?

The exact unit price and MOQ can be advised after Polpack design work. (We need actual product sample at this stage) The cost of design and the completed samples are provided free of charge, so please feel free to contact our “online quotation request” or customer service.
Is it possible to switch from existing packaging to Polpack?

Yes, it is. Design will be offered in free until customers are satisfied with your needs.
Is it applicable to export products?

Yes, it is. Most of our major clients apply Polpack to export products.
What is the advantage of adjusting Polpack to export products?

INDIS Air’s Polpack is free from environmental charges for waste. The package awareness for the export products is gradually shifting to Polpack. To enhance the reliability of the export products, INDIS Air adopts high quality dry film. INDIS Air is the only company in the world that produces air buffers using high quality dry film.
Is there any expense for mold production?

There is no cost to build mold, so there is no incidental cost.
Is there any design draft limits?

Design drafts are unlimited until our clients are satisfied.
Can we get the bulk sample as a test usage after design confirmation?

If requested, we provide 0~5 free samples. (limited to small sized products).
How can we inject the air?

For the air injection method, please refer to the “Polpack Air Injection Equipment” and “Air Injection Equipment on Application field” of the menu. In addition, our salesperson will provide training on how to inject air on the field.
What machine is needed to fill the air?

An air compressor is needed, and clients can use the air injection machine developed by INDIS Air for user’s convenience.
Is Polpack’s air injection machine indispensable

It is not necessary. The decision whether the air filling machine will be used or not would be made after the counseling. If the machine is not used, we will guide other ways. The air injection machine is an equipment that conveniently injects a large amount of air bags with an appropriate air pressure.
How long does it take for the air inflation?

It depends on Polpack’s width and the height of air pillar’s height. With our air filling machine, it takes average 3 seconds to fill “300mm X 300mm X air pillar height 30mm”.
How long does Polpack hold its air after inflation?

Polpack can stay inflated for up to more than 1 year if the air injection point is sealed. For more information, please refer to the “Competitive company Film Comparison” on the left menu section.
Is Polpack printable?

Yes, all types of printing are available. (single tone printing to all color printing).
Can the ink be stained or erased when the printing applied to the film?

We do not print on the film surface. Polpack film prints in the middle of the three-layer NYLON film (LLDPE+NYLON+LLDPE). Due to this fastidious process, Polpack can be used safely in agricultural, marine and livestock products.
